The Denny Hamlin Par 3 Challenge Sweepstakes begins on February 4, 2013, at 9:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) (“Promotion Period”) and ends February 8, 2013 at 10:59 am PT. All entries must be received by 10:59 am PT, on February 8, 2013 to be eligible.

THERE ARE TWO (2) WAYS TO ENTER DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD:

Watch MORE at 9:00 am each weekday from February 4-8, 2013 during the Promotion Period. Listen for the daily codeword and then enter online or on a mobile device as described below:

(1) Online Entry: Visit www.fox5vegas.com and follow the directions provided to submit a completed online entry form, including the daily code word.

(2) Wireless Entry: If you are a wireless service subscriber and have a text messaging capable device, use your mobile device to text (standard messaging service (SMS) message) the code word to 28623. You will be charged standard messaging rates for each message sent or received from your handset according to your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Message and data rates apply. Wide Orbit has a no-Spam promise. Each wireless carrier’s rate plan may vary, and entrants should contact their wireless carrier for information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this sweepstakes. Any mobile message form of entry into this sweepstakes will be deemed made by the named account holder whose mobile phone number is assigned at the time of entry to the mobile messaging device so used. You will receive a return text message asking for your entry information. If you are not already a Wide Orbit service registrant, you will be asked to provide registration information. LIMIT: Limit one (1) entry per person, per day, per email address or wireless phone number, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person or email address or wireless phone number in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void.

Entry into the sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to participate in this sweepstakes and acceptance of these Official Rules. Online entry constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver entrant’s name, address and other information to Wide Orbit for the purpose of administering this sweepstakes and for other uses by Sponsor as permitted by applicable law. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, misaddressed, garbled, undelivered or misdirected entries or text messages.

ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of Nevada, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsor, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or household members. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Winners of a prize from Sponsor within the past thirty (30) days from the beginning date of this sweepstakes are not eligible.

WINNER SELECTION: On or about February 8, 2013, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period containing a correct daily code word to select one (1) potential winner.

ODDS of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received containing a correct daily code word.

PRIZE (1): The winner will have the opportunity to play a par 3 hole of golf with Denny Hamlin at the Callaway Golf Center on February 12, 2013 (along with other winners from various promotions not sponsored by KVVU-TV) (golf clubs provided by Las Vegas Motor Speedway). The person who gets closest to the pin will receive two (2) NASCAR Weekend tickets and Weekend Neon Garage passes for March 8-10, 2013; retail value $560. The person(s) who gets closer than Denny Hamlin to the pin will receive two (2) Kobalt Tools 400 tickets for March 10, 2013; retail value $220. All other promotion winners will receive two (2) tickets to Sam’s Town 300 Race on March 9, 2013; retail value $82.

Potential winner will be notified by phone, text message, and/or e-mail. Prize may not be assigned or transferred. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide the event-related prize, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee express or implied by Sponsor. Sponsor disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or services accepted by the winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required documentation, is found to have violated Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria; prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing.

Sponsor, Wide Orbit, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising and promoting the sweepstakes and/or supplying the prize, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and shareholders (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize. Released Parties are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical or other error in the printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of online entries or text messages, the announcement of the prize or in any other sweepstakes-related materials. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects.

If a potential winner submitted an online entry, the winner notification will be sent by phone or email. If a potential winner submitted a mobile entry, the winner notification will be sent via mobile message to potential winner’s wireless device from the Sponsor. Regular carrier charges for text messages or mobile telephone calls may apply in connection with notifications from Sponsor. During the Promotion Period, Sponsor, at its discretion, may send entrants unlimited additional notifications regarding the sweepstakes. Entrants may be charged standard carrier-specific text-message or call rates, depending on entrants’ individual wireless or non-mobile pricing plans, for these additional notifications. There is no limit as to the number of notifications the Sponsor may send during the sweepstakes period or restriction on when notifications may be sent. Except where prohibited by law: (i) entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant's entry, name, hometown, voice, likeness, photograph and any statements regarding this sweepstakes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, for any purpose, including without limitation, in connection with, and to promote, market or advertise, the sweepstakes, in whole or in part, without review, approval, credit or attribution, notification or payment from or to entrant or any person or entity, worldwide, in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable; (ii) potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity within ten (10) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, such winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
